तंत्रज्ञ ( technician )	SSLC + ITI+ किमान एक वर्ष apprenticeship केलेली असावी.	२८ पेक्षा जास्त नसावे
प्रशिक्षणार्थी अधिकारी ( trainee officer )	एखाद्या नामकृत यूनिवर्सिटी मधून MBA FINANCE /CA / CMA पूर्ण झालेले असावे.	२८ पेक्षा जास्त नसावे

RECRUITMENT 2023 :- BEL, a public sector enterprise have issued a notification for recruitment for various posts in year 2023 . the enterprise have invited applications from eligible and interested candidates for recruitment of total 11 posts. these posts includes engineering assistant, technician, trainee officer (finance ) .the mode of application is online through official website. the commencement of application form is from 03 august 2023 and last date for application is 19 august 2023.

PAYSCALE :-

engineering assistant	24,500/- to 90,000/- per month ( CTC – 6.78 lakh )
technician	21,500/- to 82,000/- per month ( CTC – 6.02 lakh )
trainee officer ( finance ) temporary basis	1st year – 30,000/- per month 2nd year :- 35,000/- per month 3rd year :- 40,000/- per month

NOTE :- engineering assistants will undergo 6 months of training programme , whwere they will be paid with stipend of Rs. 10,000/- . after the successful completion of the training , the candidates selected as employees will be granted with monthly salary of Rs.24,500/- to 90,000 /- per month.
